I’ve eaten at the Subway in the Pentagon. They actually have a small food court, including a Pizza Hut. They have a gift shop, too. You have to know someone on the inside and go through security to get in.

Subway in the Pentagon is absolutely true and yes you do have to have Security clearance to work and eat there.
